Farm Roncone, at third kilometer on Cimina road, outside the ancient city of Viterbo, was bought from Ludovisi-Lucchesi family in 1712. Here they built a farmhouse turned into their country house, centre of all farm activity.Vincenzo Lucchesi, named zio Cencio, inherit the estate in 1894, restore the farmhouse and here create, in neighbouring wood, a big park animate with lifesize puppets, Viterbo's description of late nineteenth century: he called it Eremo. Today Ranucci's family, who has inherited the farm, has changed the ancient country house in agriturismo, for ones that want dive in the past and taste the farm life pace of late nineteenth century.The sundial a ore italiche, still present on farmhouse, has been chosen as symbol of country memory of this beautiful place.   

The first thing you meet, when you arrive at the farm, is the avenue of oaks and chestnut. Then, when you enter, you will find our parking, the pool and the farmhouse.

Plunged in a wood of 30 hectares, the farmhouse has many independent apartments of different size, in typical country style, all provided with bath.Surrounded of olive groves, chestnut and fruit trees, in a panoramic position, it's the ideal place to discover the pleasure of relax, trekking, angling, pool. It's 2 km far from Viterbo and 8 km far from spa center (our guest have a reduction in price). 

The swimming pool is placed at disposal for your relax.

You can take relaxing walks, on horseback, or horse lessons (from 1 hour to full day), in the context of beautiful Lake Bolsena, 30 minutes from us.

Moreover it's possible practice trekking and mountain bike journeys, angling in nearby artificial lake, thermal cares in near thermal baths of Viterbo (our guest have a reduction in price). 

Vico and Bolsena, nearby volcanic lakes, give the opportunity to practice all kinds of aquatic sports: (canoe, motorbike water, etc).
